Pictures can be posted by using an online hosting site

I personally use photobucket as it is FREE and easy to use. http://photobucket.com/?special_track=nav_logo

Works best if you have photobucket and your post open in different tabs/windows.

1) add your photo to photobucket,

2) click on "IMG Code" below your picture in photobucket,

3) right click on your post here,

4) click "paste" and you are done.

Too add more pictures, simply paste the additional IMG Codes below the first picture or below any text you want above the picture.
